5. Main structure of machine tool (1) Main components of machine tool

(2) Structural layoutThe whole machine adopts fixed beam and fixed column gantry structure. The bed is fixed, and the table moves in X direction on the bed; the ram moves in Z direction on the slide seat; the slide seat and the ram move in Y direction on the gantry beam. The main shaft assembly is located at the lower end of the ram; the floor type operation station is located at the right side of the gantry; the overall layout is reasonable, the appearance is beautiful and the operation is convenient.The bed, double columns and crossbeam are fixed as a whole, and the joints are locked with large screws, forming a very stable gantry frame.The lifting part (RAM) adopts double cylinder hydraulic automatic balance to ensure the stability and reliability of lifting movement.(3) Structure and characteristics of foundation large parts

The transmission structure of imported German main shaft dual speed gearbox is adopted, and the German ZF gearbox is added to realize the conversion of high and low gears, with wide constant power range, large low-speed torque and good mechanical properties.The main shaft adopts the combination structure of precision angular contact main shaft bearing, with large bearing span, good rigidity of main shaft, stable operation and good accuracy retention. As an independent component, the spindle assembly has good assembly and manufacturing technology and convenient maintenance.The spindle is equipped with an automatic hydraulic disc spring unclamp mechanism. 11. Installation, commissioning and training(Optional) (1) Installation and commissioning: After the equipment arrives at the buyer, the seller dispatches the service personnel to be responsible for the installation and commissioning, and the buyer actively cooperates.
(2) Training method:
- The seller is responsible for the on-site teaching and training of the buyer's programming, operators and maintenance technicians, including machine tool operation, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance, which are mutually agreed.
- The seller may provide temporary additional training and guidance at any time based on actual conditions and needs during the use of the buyer's equipment.
12. Service (1) Guide the installation, be responsible for commissioning the machine tool, bring the necessary special measuring tool materials, and train the operation and maintenance personnel.
(2) Warranty period: From the date of final acceptance, provide one-year warranty period of the whole machine, and within the normal operation of the warranty period, respond within 2 hours to the user information, within 24 hours.
(3) The following responsibilities are not covered by the warranty on the date of the delivery machine:
- Regular maintenance of machine tools as required.
- Damage caused by changing the machine parameters without the supplier's consent.
- The power supply is not damaged according to the supplier's regulations.
- Damage caused by natural disasters and man-made disasters and high voltage and low Voltage.
- Repair by non-supplier, install by yourself, use parts not supplied by the supplier.
